Depends on the type of ram and whether that processor is 64Bit or not. I have pretty much the same config but my ram is the bottleneck because its so slow.

Not used USB before but if I understand them correctly they have an inbuilt sound card type thing. This means that you will have 2 cards, with the speakers being in a separate one to your headphones.
