You should be able to import them as an image sequence in most video editors. I don't know which one you're using so i can't help you with that. Might be sprees hes talking about in which case he has a specific rank which at a request from his general be given to him. It will be removed at the end of the campaign.

The only icons going to be on teamspeak are:

Ranks and Committee server groups.

In special cases e.g. "a request from a general for a specific icon" will be taken into consideration before being implemented.
