Re: Going to get a new headset, suggestions?
Personally I think most gaming headsets sound pretty medicore. I say spend the extra money and got something that's studio quality. I should try my nicer headphones with BF3 and see what I've missing. My primary motivation for picking up the G35 when I already had nice Audio-Technica ones was to ge...

Re: Going to get a new headset, suggestions?
I use a Logitech G35 headset for gaming because I wanted surround sound. For making music I use Audio-Technica ATH-M50 headphones. The only downsides to the G35 have been the occasional need to unplug-replug to get the on-headset volume scroll to work, seems to go to lunch after a while, and the shi...

Re: Best movie from your country.
It was difficult to find a film that was definitively Canadian, an its a bilingual film rated English/French which hasn't occured since 1946 until the film release of Bad Cop Bon Cop. The first thing I think of when I think of Canadian films is Scanners . Well, that and Strange Brew which I think o...

Re: Mumble Server
Is there documentation somewhere that describes how GC uses CC in TS? I've browsed various descriptions of setting up a CC analog in Mumble and would now like to see if there is anything I can do to make Mumble CC as easy to use for GC as TS CC was. However, I need to get an idea of how CC worked fo...

Re: Mumble Server
Does TS have a patent on channel commander or something? After this whole debacle I'm tempted to spend some time developing a better CC system for mumble than TS has. If that requires any software engineering I may be able to lend a hand there. FWIW, I'm a fan of Mumble primarily due to the fact it...

Soo many kills sight unseen.
I like that I can get a feel for what was going on on a different part of the map than I was playing when I watch his videos and I get to hear the commander (or whatever it's called) channel.

And applied (mortski) to #2. Still at 98 members, I wonder if I'm in a queue.
