I didn't mean it as a three day weekend (I wish it was).Playing BF3 on Thursday to Saturday up to the late hours of the night is possible when you have no job the next day (except for Saturday but then it's still the weekend fun time!).

The hours seem fine. Six hours is a long time! How many matches per session?
An idea: it would be nice if the SBT(standard battle time) will also be displayed on the site together with the next battle countdown.
