Re: There is still hope (RSP for BFV)
If there's enough traction when this comes around to have a populated campaign, I'd be inclined to actually buy the game in the first place.

Re: Battlefield V Who's in?
Game devs apparently have some sort of fetish when it comes to catering to the lowest common denominator. Shitters absolutely have to be able to be forcefed positive reinforcement through some sort of twisted vidyagame communism concept that developers seemt to revere. It's honestly fraking retarded...

Re: PC upgrade?
Ram speeds can have a noticable impact in games that are CPU bound, which isn't that many of them out there. Most triple A titles will still have you gpu bound unless you're running a top of the line GPU and then attempt to run them at 144hz or higher. It's mainly RTS' with tons of units, MMO's with...

Re: Rising Storm 2: Vietnam - Fun Day!
I don't have the game, nor do I really have time tomorrow night either way.
However, I'd be interested to see some first hand gameplay, so if anyone can and are willing to record and upload from tomorrows session I'd be much obliged.

You can say what you will, but I ain't buying into any of this old early access/alpha bullshit.
Prove to me as a company that you can actually deliver a competent product, and then I might consider paying for it if it seems enjoying or compelling.

Oh yeah that's right, I remember that from starcraft.
Regardless, I was mainly thinking the ping actually.

Re: All aboard the BF5 hype train
It is an absolute non-issue to anyone who can understand even the most basic level of english.
Getting kicked/banned by badmins shitters who are terrible at the game just serves to harvest sweet tears, and to simultaneously build a list of servers to blacklist.

Re: All aboard the BF5 hype train
Even the notion that a "consistent" and uniform experience for every player involved is something to strive for is absolutely thundercuntingly retarded to begin with. And on so many levels. Absolute load of PR crap that's been circling since battle recorder failed to make it anywhere past ...

Re: All aboard the BF5 hype train
So if you can't even kick/ban anyone, let alone run any server scripts or use adminning tools then why in the world would anyone ever pay for them?

Should basically always do what cognito mentioned there. It's quick and painless and should all but ensure that crap works, outside of the drivers being shitty.

Re: All aboard the BF5 hype train
All I can say thus far is that it better scale up in FoV by a notable margin, and why in the frak is there such a massive bob to the movement. It may very well be severely nausea inducing while simultaneously adding nothing at all. There are still no actual detailed information about anything that i...

There are tons more like Acer, MSI, Lenovo etc. If you go OEM you can get some really good Clevo laptops as well from various places.
