The funny thing here is that for some reason, it's the people who own hardware from the "battlefield 4 hardware partner" who complains the most.
People with Intel cpu's and Nvidia gfx barely says a word about it.

Those people getting bad fps with 780s are just incompetent fools who doesn't know how to configure their computer correctly with drivers and hardware, or they have a really old cpu and not enough ram and thought the best gfx would help them enough, well that's not the case. I used to run my GTX570 ...

What I usually do is take RAM out of slots and put in one by one. Probably nothing wrong with RAM just a bad connection with the pins. I would do that too, if you have more than one stick try taking one out and see if it works. Just read that you had a 450W PSU, that might actually be the problem b...

The rubberbanding on the NA server was the first time for me in BF4, I've never had anything like that on any european servers. Maybe DICE put better hardware on the EU servers since they are from Sweden?

Have you tried WarCon to see if you can switch commanders from there?

Dice dev said yesterday a server patch that will require client patch will be released today. Two days ago sliced_lime said he doesn't know (which can be that he can't say) when the next patch is going to be released. And few days ago alan kartz aka zhinto the asshole said they don't have an ETA on...
