yeah, that's what i thought...that 5.1 or 7.1 is pretty much an illusion when u have 1 speaker on each of your ear. Although the guide shows only dolby headphones, it goes to prove my theory that its better to stick with companies that make mainly audio products and not the ones that make gaming acc...

damn it, I just got psyched to get the Xonar and I read your post that you need a 5.1 or 7.1 headphones. If I get such headphones is the Xonar DS a good solution for sound upgrade?

i practiced my writing skills chatting for hours with some old gc members....that was almost 10 years ago.

i have a similar prob in coop. it gets stuck but on "initializing". and this is only in coop. i've done all the repairs but nothing....its not a biggie but i would love to do the last mission.

i don't thinks its GC. yday i tried to play with a friend who hadn't played for a while...he came with a fresh installation of the game and got the no weapon glitch in every server we tried. i don't know if its worth mentioning, he just has the standard game (no premium or any expansion pack).
