Minimum Requirements

I'm building a system for my son (BASHER) with parts that I have kicking around and with some new parts I'll buy him for xmas. I'm curious as to whether this system will play the game well enough. So is any one playing (and enjoying it) with less of a system than this: P4 2.6 with FSB of 536 MHz and...

Missing spring?

I just found this spring on my desk next to my computer. The spring is about 5/8" long and is attached to a square base approx. 3/8" square. The spring and base are bright in colour. On the base there are 3 dimples. The two outer dimples appear to be part of the constructin process and see...

Just find the .bik files. Just as you said I think they are in the movies folder.
Rename and add a 1 or something after the .bik so you can always change back in the future if needed.

I'm on an island off the West coast of Canada. I ping (through Pingplotter) 115 ave. to the server. I was having lots of connectivity problems when I first installed the game. There is a section in the tech forum that leads to an article on opening your game ports through your firewall. Once I did t...

Connection Problems

Have you all read EA's issues with connectivity? if not read here: http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=17654 This worked, thanks. For me it had to do with the game Ports. I thought that by closing windows firewall down I would open all the ports, but that i...

Awaiting the results of your in depth analysis in earnest. I was getting a similar problem on Saturday. Ping plotter gives me an ave. 115 to the server. In game console I was getting anything from 160 up with spikes to over 600. Along with the annoying "connection problem' messages - every 10-2...

I haven't had crashing issues but I'm being plagued by connection issues. Iv'e heard that some are having difficulties due of firewalls. I'm still looking into this one. Maybe they are connected (excuse the pun).
