Bottom Line: Reconfigure your ram. Fill the blue slots first. Should be two of them. Black slots later....should be two of them. If not.....get a new motherboard.......yours is ancient. Second: Install Win 7 or 8 64 bit. Unfortunately.....Win 8 was only 39.00 until Jan 31. Now its 119.00. I know.......
