I've seen a few people responding to expandas gifs on reddit saying they would be interested in joining GC so hopefully a few more sign up too.

Both were after the 3rd patch. Some people have seen massive improvements after upgrading during the first and second patch. Not sure if they would of had the same gains after the 3rd though. Windows 8 is quicker than 7 so it's worth it even if you don't get a massive increase in fps.

Here's my comparison between Win7 and 8. I didn't notice a massive difference but others have.

I made a copy of all my files and then did a clean install from the upgrade disk. I installed all the applications/drivers again but copied the large game files over into the correct directories.
