Re: BF4C5: What do YOU want to see?

Most communities I know have "recent replies" block on the main page, this way people check the front page for any news in the forums too. Since GC doesn't have something like that I too use direct link to new posts a lot.

Re: Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

Desclaimer: I only have vanilla+CR. We don't know what are the good maps. We don't know because we don't have enough experiance. Maps good for pub aren't necessarily good for GC and vice versa. We haven't played ~half of the maps in GC, and a good portion of the maps we did play suffered from enormo...

Re: Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

it depends what kind of map list you use and what is more important. This setup insures rotating through all maps without playing the same map twice before playing all others. give both sides a complete map list and you run into playing the same map on the same battle or battle after battle. TAs pic...

Re: Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

I don't see why does it matter. I post my thoughts and proposals to help, and it doesn't make it more or less valid whether i participate or not. The points are true regardless. Whether this system is used or not won't have any influence on my participation. I just give you something more to conside...

Re: Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

Upon wondering about it some more i purpose the following changes Battle order swap TAs maps 3 and 6 (TA's unknown map will be played last) reasoning: - Due to time constraints its possible there won't be time for a 6th map. A side that thought it can perform well on that map might feel its unfair. ...

Re: Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

An interesting concept, but would we have to play every map chosen every single MBT to keep things fair? We might be playing later then normally some days and ending sooner other days if things get imbalanced. 20 minutes per round, 2.5 rounds per map on average, 5 minutes preparation time for every...

Campaign system proposal (no RISK)

Campaign startup - Maps: The map list to be divided into 3 map pools. What kind of map list is used doesn't matter. The armies and the TAs each get a map pool During the week The TAs pick 2 maps. One map is announced at the beginning of the week, the other one left hidden. Each army picks 2 maps an...

Re: Announcing BF4: Campaign 5

I don't like the competitive draft as it doesn't end well most of the times. anyway, why not open the draft for sign ups? this way the moment the officers are selected you can already start working on the player draft, as most of the players are already in the system? this way allows more time for s...

Re: BF4C5: What do YOU want to see?

i'd like to see the people shaping up this campaign more involved in this thread, especially the two generals, both posting and asking for feedback.

Looks like it only started this way and….either died down or turned back to few people in secret forums again. Because there is no progress in the (open) forumz anymore.

Re: Laptoparino

MSI sells laptop barebones if you're into building one yourself. Its not exactly as building a PC as most of it comes with the barebones, and is not necessary cheaper. you can find some good deals on laptops every now and then, especially in the US. There are adapter kits converting the optical bay ...
