I think they were hoping for 1.5 beta before christmas which would mean a month or 2 before official release.

Good to see another Chinese/American map. But why is it the Americans are always attacking the Chinese? Cant we have a more realistic map where we are fending off the Chinese?

I lol'd. I also agree...US seems to always be the "attacking" team in bf2. make a map where the US has to defend like MEC on karkand then have the chinese attack.

If we were to follow the pedestrian crossing guy, guess we all have to have our WEENER out when crossing the road?

Same here, maybe in China only males are allowed to cross the street there. Or maybe its a length requirement.

So there appears to be no PC-based Battlefield-series game in the pipeline besides BF:Heroes? That is unfortunate for GC, since BF:Heroes doesn't incorporate our community very well :(

Or fortunate, EA has been choking the competition out while providing an addicting MBG (massively bugged game). If a void truly exists, someone will fill it, hopefully someone other than EA.

Does GC have to be PC based?

Limited time, GC forum user access only. (At least until next server reboot, heh!)
We are not a mirror, nor can be, unless people donate for that (then we can be).
Philor has donated many months for the EU server when funds for GC in general were low. Not saying the other donaters didnt keep things going, but he's the man ultimately responsible if it gets swamped. Dont abuse it.
