What a godawful match
I expected an uninspiring mind numbing game from Argentina, but wanted to see a lot more from Netherlands.

Sarantini vs HGX in CoH2 now must be done. Which country is the true victor?

Well, at least there wont be any Netherlands vs Germany drama in the finals. Many fans tend to take this long-standing football rivalry too serious.

Germany did us a favor and ended the match in just 25 minutes instead of dragging it for 90 so we won't miss the news.mrBLUE9 wrote:I'm speechless... I thought Germany was going to win but not like this. I gotta say this is probably due to the lack of mental focus from our players

I think Germany could have stopped attacking in second half...its a disgrace to humiliate a team that hosts the world cup in a nation that lives on football (even more with all the protests going on). There is no sportsmanship in that.
Really happy for Argentina though!! My bet is on them!

It is not allowed to (overly) play on time and just hold the ball without doing anything.

The audience pay for the game, they pay to see the teams play, not pass the time.

Re: World Cup 2014: QUARTERS.
I was hoping for the Netherlands to win, mainly because:
1) I wanted to see them get pounded by Germany.
2) I wanted to see Argentina beat Brazil on home turf, causing them to declare war, culminating in world war 3.

Explain please. Why on earth would you be happy for the team which displayed the most boring, defensive, uninspiring and other bad superlatives I can't think of at the moment?undrt0w wrote:Really happy for Argentina though!!

Maybe because he supports the country? If America or Korea played a bad game, but still won, I'd be ecstatic.RazY70 wrote:Explain please. meh....supporting has its limits. If Germany would play like Argentina I would root for Netherlands out of protest.
Also it was not just "a" bad game, this is Argentina's typical style.
