I've had same issue. I expected the message to immediately be sent, but it seems there may be a delay. Eventually the message goes it's merrily way. I wonder how long after I send, does it really take to get to the destination?

when you click on submit and you are still in the text window you probably forgot to write a subject for your pm!

or you might have entered an invalid username.

Try to make a screenshot if it happens again and post it here.

are you thinking it's not being sent because you see it in your outbox and not your sent items?

when you send a PM it stays in your outbox until the recipient reads it. then it becomes a sent item. so it does arrive at its destination "immediately".

if this isn't what you're experiencing, then please disregard this post.

Thanks for the clarification, that's exactly what my issue was!
I can't speak for Dogma, though.
