i played a bit more today, and the damage is being registered faster post patch. makes the gameplay a bit better.
low ping players still have pretty big advantage. insta-kills from 74 to 0 (and probably 100 to 0 as well) are still there.
also ran into quite a bit deaths where the death cam listed 0 health for my opponent. including once very close encounter where my crosshair was all over the enemy head, and if i hit anything, it could only be his head, and still he walked away with 0 health left. i thought headshots did 50 damage, so 2 headshots should of killed ... i don't know whats going on.
maybe i'll make a post patch BS video later.
