BF3 servers still suffer from Blaze disconnections resulting in server kicking all players.
the possibility of it happening should be taken into account.

Also, good news everyone. Execs have decided to enable Freecam for this tournament! So for those of you who are planning to do some casting (I do believe they were Starfisher and Danimal...) could you try it out before the tournament? Might be asking too much but that'd be awesome if you can.

I can use it tomorrow, but we do have to be 100% sure that PB is turned off, else Ill get banned and I dont want that

i doubt you'll be banned.
you'll probably just get kicked for 0 minutes for md5 hash fail / corrupted memory.

PB detects only known cheats. as free cam isn't a cheat it wouldn't be entered into the PB "hack pool" to be detected as such.
PB doesn't normally ban, not even for hacks. it just kicks the person from the server. streams like PBBans catch the kicks for hacks and sand a permanent ban for the user GUID/IP to all streaming servers.
EB only bans, that is globally ban very specific users that are trying to manipulate punkbuster software itself.

I just set the NA server to unranked/PB disabled. Password is "testing". Freecam seemed to work, but I don't really have the time to figure it out right now. Seems very simple.

It's NA because I live in NA and was just testing. Tomorrow we'll have both servers freecam enabled, don't worry.

I think It makes sense to check what both teams composition is. If the majority are from EU then I don't see much logic in having the round on the NA server (unless of course there's a preference)

If that becomes the case, we let the teams decide as we've done in the past.
