RULES: added to the GC gameplay rules

Artillery tank must be moved out of the UCB before it fires a shell

No artillery on the UCB
Note: Bunny Hopping is also frowned upon.

Different server settings

20 seconds before re spawn of assets and soldiers

45 minute time limit

5 minutes between rounds, for reorganisation and sanitary stops

GC will be having a scrim against Tactical Gamer next Saturday. They are a good community that values fairplay as much as GC does and it should be a good match. We have scrimed them once before and it was a lot of fun, even though we lost in the end. Now it's time for some payback!
