The map is pretty big, it can be deceiving. We'll have a ton of fun on Metro, I know I did in the alpha. Supposedly they have tweaked the map quite a bit, and new weapons/features/unlocks in the beta will freshen it up plenty.

I played it and the fight is over one small area. The tunnel area is like fighting in a hallway so not sure why they would pick this map. JMO.

Because everybody has seen them in several videos.
(They are not giving away anything)
The map is playable on ALL Platforms.
(great to compare both plattforms)

They call it Beta but its nothing else than a Demo.

Edit: Both Platforms, because XBox is non existant for me... ;)

Whatever it will give us a possibility to check out the kits and get a feel for the engine/playphysics.

I restarted BF2 yesterday and it felt totally weird after playing BC2 for 2 years.

And I am with Chef, of cause it is a Demo to wet our lips.

If this wets "lips" of a woman then I'm buying another copy.

I also tried to play BF2 some days ago. Although I could only play the single player mode with bots (somehow I couldn't join a server. either because there was a issue with my cd key :o or I had an instant crash to desktop), I had a hard time to hit the bots. In BC2 it is so much easier to hit your enemies (imo too easy, especially with the machine guns) and I hope that BF3 is more like BF2.
Demo or not, I'm in for something different.
