DICE Says, "Thanks"

Post by HumanSpeedbumpAK »

DICE and EA have partnered to bring BF3 players a chance to tour the studio that brought us the games we've loved for so long.

From Nov 11 - Nov 13 you will be automatically entered (via Origin) into a drawing for each day you play a Multiplayer match. That's a chance at 3 entries over the course of the sweepstakes.

First place is a trip for you and three friends to Stokholm for a full tour / meet and greet with DICE and EA Reps.
Second place is $5000 USD or equivalent local currency.

Not that we needed a reason to play Battlefield, but how awesome would it be if a GC'er won?

I'll put it in writing now: If I win I'll select three GC'ers at random to come with me.

Also worth of note, the contest is apparently US/Canada only. :/

This is one of the few times I'd rather get second place instead of first...
GC BF1942:
5A|2|Pfc|*
6A|M|Capt.
7R|1|Sgt.*

@8-Maj.
GC BF2:
C1: US|SF|Lt.
C2: 3E*PVT
C7: BA*CPL
C8: ]C[Csm
C9: Neutral

Going to have to pay taxes on 1st or 2nd. Might as well take the $5k.

I'd be careful if you plan to go then, I hear that Stockholm Syndrome is rife at that time of the year.
