TS Meeting report:

Well we are still on the timeline as posted by Goggles. We are going to keep the momentum going forward. We discussed renting a server but discovered that atm due to EA server load that no new clan servers are available. We are watching that space and expect that EA will sort it out in the next week of so - or so they say. We talked about where to rent a server - the same old discussion - east coast NA or Euro. We can't host our own. Some discussion as to whether ping was an issue in the game? We need some feedback on that: it seems that pings aren't being reported properly within the game.

We need feedback on that last point: is the game leveling pings regardless of what server you play on?

We discussed recruiting and decided that we need to get out and play with all our vets. They have friends that have friends etc.

In the next week or so we will be pulling together public play. If we get enough on line at any time we will hit empty servers and try some different things out. We need some feedback on the different play modes: what is squad play for example.

We recognize that it's still early days, that patches are forthcoming etc. but we should build a tournament as soon as is sensible, and that if we do they will come. Who are 'they'? I've got no idea but I have faith.

thanks for the report brummie, seeing as I showed up late and then had to bail after like 5 minutes (car was in the shop for the 17th time, sitting under 2 feet of snow must have not helped it...). and due to school I havent had time to even get the game at this point, but stuff happens when you're in calc 2 and upper level physics/computer programming in one semester.

Unfortunately I had no time to join the meeting because I had to get my new machine running and installing win7 and loads of other stuff...took me the whole day. But I was glad that I didn't miss the fun part and joined some nice battles.
Did you guys play on a NA server? Because I hardly felt any ping issues or lags and the scoreboard said that my ping was around 200-230.

Playing on some Northamerican server saturday night with vK and the others I can second AlbinoKalles impressions. No lag or any other issues - other than being killed a lot - geez I suck!

I have seen no real issues on any server that I have played on no matter where it is.
