Free-to-play based on teamplay and tactics.

On several servers (but not all), including www.global-conflict.org, I get this message while playing (see subject) and after a while PB kicks me off the server saying it was unable to update the PB. Anyone else having this issue or know what it is? I have installed the 7/6/05 patch so I don't think...
