might i recomend my setup i have I only spent 1000$ on this machine and i payed for everything, didn't try and salvage anything ATI X800 XL - requires no molex conectors from the power supply asus A8N-E Mobo, its a beast, 939 socket, supports x2 processors. 2 gigs ram made by gigaram, AMD 64+ Clawha...

The lower the CL the better off you are, = faster so you will prolly have to under clock your 2.5 cl to match the 3 cl.

IT professional, I have been building all my machines with ASUS Mobo's everyone I go to lan parties with ASUS mobos solved this problem a few times. I am not really an IT professional yet but I could be!@!!@

correct you will need your better ram should be in the blue DIMM slots, if your asus has the color coded slots like mine, also just make sure you manually clock the ram to the same speeds then it should work right.

bf2 prolly doesn't have drivers out yet that support 64 bit, like many other things that rely on microsoft.

you need a mic in order to talk over teamspeak but you can always come in and at least listen to the commands of everyone else, you can get a good cheap mic for about 5-15$ i suggest just getting a desktop mic, unless you want to spend 40$ for a good headset.

they keep pushing back the release last night it said 6 hours at midnight and now at 9 its saying 4 hours something doesn't add up
