Mine crashes out at 62% on my main pc, always has so I have to play it on my laptop. Despite lots of searching I haven't found an answer other than it is probably texture related.

You can't really use wasd when you're left handed hence this thread.

I just use the arrow keys for movement, right ctrl for jumping, right shift for sprinting and keypad ins for ducking. Keypad del for going prone. The keypad I use for most radio messages.

Thanks for your replies, it has now installed. I don't know if its because I turned off the antivirus or because I downloaded the patch from a different source. It is installed on the same partition as the OS, I tend to stick programs on the same partition. Now I just have to try and remember my pas...

I did reboot inbetween each part. However I forgot to turn off antivirus so maybe that's the problem. I'll try uninstalling again and give it a go without antivirus on. Why exactly does antivirus cause a problem?
