Just gave the server a try to see if i could move around while trying to seed the server, Same as before planted to the spot, So they either removed it from the patch or it is a server side option. The AA tank gets quite a few unlocks.

They seem to be celebrating the fact that it's been heavily nerfed on the EAUK forums so I guess it's been improved. I'll have to see for myself though.
