If you're trying to whisper to one person you have to drag and drop that person into your whisper list. It's not related to channel commander.

It's nice that developers are finally adding colour blind modes to games. Before this setting I couldn't tell the difference between enemy units and squad members.

I tried inviting you Ken and it says that you are a member of too many platoons. So I guess you're only allowed to join 5?

That's weird. We only have 92 people in the platoon and the limit is 100.

Unlocks are set to on, you should have had your own ones available.
