When looking up your account name you can choose to look up by your nickname and email address only. Try using the option for nickname and then keep trying email address's you may have registered under. Same thing happened to me and this is the combo i used to finally resolve!

OK, ran the drivers that came with the demo for nVidia cards and now there are no more shadows!
Guess you just can't rely on nVidia''s website for most up to date drivers...hmmmm...

Interestingly enough... I have an nVidia card and am also seeing the shadows listed in the first print screen. I checked my drivers from nVidia BEFORE installing the game and according to the driver date, I DO have the latest video drivers, as well as the latest DirectX 9.0c. So During installation ...
