As a guy that don't live neither on Europe or USA this confuses me. Is the SBT always staying the same? Because that's what I think should happen, whoever is entering/leaving DST should adjust according. Otherwise I will have to change the time 3 times in a year, one for EU DST, one for USA DST and ...
