I got myself the following:
- Kingston HyperX Fury 240GB SSD, not the best but alot faster than my old 120GB Intel.
~70 euro
- Fractal Design Core 2500 case, cheaper version of the Define-series but just as good IMO.
50-60 euro
The result after a few hours of hiding cables, except the few that were impossible. (old ssd drive still installed, cloned the day after with a friends cloning tool)What I really loved about this case is the space in front of the graphics card, usually there are a few millimeters of space there, in this case there is alot more!
Hardware specs:
- Asrock Z77 Extreme3
- Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3 @ 4.0GHz
- 8GB Kingston HyperX Genesis
- Asus GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II OC
- 240GB Kingston HyperX Fury
- 2+2+3TB Mechanical HDDs
- Zalman 750W ZM750-HP 80+ Heatpipe Cooled with sleeved cables
- Corsair Hydro H60 v2
Left to do:
- install a 120mm fan at the bottom but need to get a fence for it cause I want it to blow air outside, already have 3 fans for the inside air!
Very neat outside:
