8O I patched which was over very quick .

I am wondering if it worked , somebody confirm that the version ingame is 1.0.2442.0 after the patch. Is there actually a change in the controls of that multiplayer menu after the patch because mine doesn't seem to have changed.

ok let me try this: i see more servers shown in Red than servers I could access: is that good or bad? Did more servers already patch?

EDIT: okok don't tell me I found out already: I still have the old version (since GC Uk server told me that I have an older version

Strange, since our TS server seems to be down tonite I will try to grab one of you guys tomorrow nite to talk me through that dos install thingie, I keep getting error messages there :?

Haven't you just posted the fix for that? What is the exact error message you're getting?

(best way to check if you're up to date is to filter ranked server only, as they have all been updated automatically)

about the higher pings, that's only in the menue if ya join the ping gets a lot better
glad I had no probs to patch

:idea: here was my problem: I had a folder named "Battlefield 2" and that DOS-tool could only handle "Battlefield2" without space in filenames 8)

Lets try if it worked..... Weeeee version now is 1.1.2475.0 and i see new functions in the multiplayer window.... :mrgreen:

funny, I have battlefield 2 with a space, maybe you forgot to pu "" around the filepath ;)
