- BF gamers cry to dice
-dice listen to them! :O omg what changed?
-dice realize that repairing their own mistakes, but not in a patch update
is actually saying- yes we were wrong about the sun and blue tint, but we are not
going to spend money to make everyone happy (or bitch about some new problem that
this patch will give birth to). so they take it away: bitch please? you know we only know
how to make a BF game worser in time...

As much as I don't care about the blue tint, I REALLY don't like DICE promising a new feature and then not including it.
Besides that, though. Does anyone really think this is a reasonable expectation for these game devs? We're asking them to change the entire game's aesthetics. I don't know ANY other developer that would change the entire look of their game for the players. This is just another example of no mod tools making everyone unhappy; "Dice, we can't mod the game so make all the mods we want for us!" pretty much sums up what's happening here.
