Mantle is only in beta stage, that's why it's not working.
AMD Hardware partner, my a**, I use Nvidia and there is no problems. ;)

As for 2nd Assault

Operation M320tro:
- It's better than before, more ways to push forward after the first two MCOMs in rush, in conquest you even have elevators. Door windows are now solid and can't be crushed, also means you can't be killed through them.
Less stuff to hide behind on first two MCOMs, VERY open field to run across.
Yes also the B glitched roof from BF3 is still there.

Operation Firestorm:
- Everyone want's C with the tower, tanks seems to have been buffed alot against infantry, they will oneshot you all the time.

Caspian Border:
- Getting Delta flag can now be done from all directions, new ways up the mountain, hell you can even run straight up the mountain from water side. Some bushes are solid for infantry and tanks but you can still get killed through it. A rock that's 1cm high will stop you dead in your tracks and can't be jumped over because there is an invisible wall, same with scrap on the ground, invisible walls everywhere.

Gulf of Sand:
There is sand, sand everywhere, I can't see, I can't spot, I can't give orders before I'm almost in the cap zone, I can't see.
Attackboats do nothing except kill helis. Roof on G can now be reached with an elevator which means less snipercamping

Overall feeling:
2nd Assault was made fast as hell and rushed out to the public. Weapons are really OP, M60 seems to be a 100-shot sniper and really fast in reaction from press-fire-to-bullets-coming-out-and-kill-you.

DAO-12 is fun, 12 shots, kills in 1-2 shots but takes forever to reload, good thing you just need to reload one shot and you can kill again.

F2000 is just as good in close combat as in long range when you get some unlocks, one burst will kill on 100-200 meters.

GOL Magnum, well I don't know, seems to be a one-shot-kill weapon afaik but sounds very weak, pew pew.

AS Val, really good in close combat but mag empties in a second, needs more ammo.

I think SA is a waste of a DLC, and Karkand would've indeed been great. However, I shudder at the idea of a night map.

DICE recently published another one of their blogs about map design, and I think the designer was spot on regarding night maps. They are camper heaven, major annoyance to most players, and generally avoided like the plague after the initial novelty wears off.
Why waste time designing a great map no one can actually see? I want to see Karkand in all its glory, not splotches of green through a night scope. Just my 2c

Remember BF3 Damavand Peak in the tunnels and IRNV were so OP... Most everyone used it and pew pew pew all the sorry souls that did not have IRNV scope  until the scope was nerfed into being useless...

Oh well, IMO DICE knows pretty much nothing about the gameplay itself based on all the stupid and obvious mistakes they have made lately with BF3 and BF4. Implying ppl don't run spamming Q 24/7
Tho the desing part it's true for some ppl (I prefer more interesting gameplay than good looking maps, but then we go back to sniper heaven), I guess they could do 50/50, LELVOLUTION from day to night (again, real darkness, not like dawnbreaker), but ofc if that would happen, DICE would probably make the night come after 2 mins of playing instead of something like 60% light time, 40% night time.
