Actually, my area (Chicagoland) has a new FIOS network moving in by verizon, and it's scaring the other providers. Comcast just did a free upgrade to my network, which is still overpriced and not AS good as it should be for the price, but it's literally 2x as fast now.

Haha it's the same with Greece connections! We have 6 popular ones, all at the same speed, only the price is different...
PLUS, we have to install it ourselves, create the accounts by ourselfs, and pay for a slow speed internet. I mean our max mbps speed is 24 and the minimum is 12...
My aunt at Italy have 50+ mbps...

i have 60Mbps + 105 digital channels for 20 euros or around 15 dollars. this is without contract...i am thinking of signing an 18 month that will drop the price to 12.5 euros.
if nothing else....internet speed rocks here.
