Can't sign up.

I tried to enter the ABC Soldier Menu, where it says that the Draft will be held at 9 March. Since it's over, do I have to wait for another draft? It can be a very long wait. Or is there any other way to participate? Do I miss something in the signing up process?

The draft is at the start of the campaign. When people (like you) sign up while a campaign is running, they just get assigned to an army by the TAs (=Tournament Admins). You'll be assigned soon, don't worry.

I did get your PM and I'm waiting to be assigned to an Army and Squad. No problem atm.

It's been more than 3 days and I'm still not contacted by an administrator, nor I got assigned to an Army and Squad. I only can hope they know I exist.

Get on our Teamspeak at least a half an hour before the battle today (see timer on home page). Someone will help you get sorted out, and you should be able to play today.

I've checked the ABC side of things, and you've definitely been entered into the draft list so it's just a matter of getting you assigned to an army. That's been handed off to a single TA since the campaign is started, and I know the TAs like to operate within their own realms of responsibility and not ruffle any feathers by stepping out of them. I'm sure if you were to show up a bit before the battleday started you could be sorted out fairly easily.
