well that was weird, for a full day I couldn't connect to our TS (even though I could connect to other TS servers), and now it's back to normal like nothing happened. 8O

Bad routing by your internet provider is usually the case.
I've had problems connecting to the GC Teamspeak lately as well, had to try several times before I got in.

Message from NFO servers
Internap is experiencing another serious issue in NYC, with half of our equipment (including multiple switches) again offline because of the failure of one of their APC power units. The last time this happened, they told us that it was conclusively resolved, but it seems that's not the case.

We're pressing them for information on when power will be restored. We take this extremely seriously.

Update @ 11:42pm EDT: Internap has dispatched technicians to the site and is working to get the failed UPS back online or bypassed. In the meantime, we are moving the power cords on two of our internal switches to restore connectivity to customers whose machines are not actually off (including all voice server customers). That operation should be completed within approximately 30 minutes.

I was trying to add the ts viewer IP address to the server query white list so the main page tsviewer would display correctly. unfortunately it was not allowing me to save the txt file with insufficient permissions.

That's weird. I couldn't get a response either, yet it was running on the server.
I closed it out and restarted. Its up and running now.

A server shutdown message makes me think windows was trying to update but never finished.

Ye Windows. it also runs our Procon stuff as well. There's no problems with Windows for our server use, it does what we need and everyone is familiar with it.

Except every other week it tries to update but fails to restart.
