Router with traffic shaping

Anyone knows of a good & cheap broadband router with traffic shaping?
I'd like to get a Router that allows to allocate each device on the network a specific amount of bandwidth (MB or %) and avoid one device choking the others.
it seems those aren't very popular, so any advice and a link to a model would be great.

can you be a little more specific? a specific model?
this subject is practically non-existent here. And there isn't a big variety either.
To get the right one i need to know exactly what to look for.
plus, there are a lot of different QoS settings in routers. some allow to prioritize only specific apps. Id like to be able to set prioritize and restrictions for IPs. I don't care what they run on their machine, if the bandwidth is being used to its fullest, i'd like to cap different IPs at different values.

What do you already have? You might be able to install DD WRT or Tomato firmware on it.
