Seems like when a vehicle turns over it now spits you out and the vehicle burns down. And it doesn't matter if its in the water, on the ground or (falling) mid-air.

As I commented on the reddit post, I see it coming, before it gets patched and nerfed, it's gonna stop tank shells.

The crosshair in 3rd person is off. This is very very noticeable with the attack jet, which shoots about 30 degreees higher in 3rd person.

Edit: Battlepolice confirmed

For those going "TL;DR".

Game is coming out of beta, no jokes intended.

Game getting adjusted to new incoming "netcode" in a few weeks, spectator mode getting some love, possible ONLINE replay/demo saver (crap) and more things regarding weapons and gamemodes.

Also, saturday was the first time Gamm4 and t1ggr [=CTE responsible dev, jokerle] heard about the Problem with Battlepack-Attachments not being available for vars.UnlockMode "all", which is the setting we are currently using.

David Sirland (t1ggr) wrote it down and he will look into it.
hope

Battlefield Hardline was scheduled to be released on October 21, exactly 2 weeks before COD: Advanced warfare that will be released on November 4, just like it was with BF3 and BF4, what a coincidence.
But it was postponed, and so the final BF4 DLC was also pushed back (probably to around COD:AW release i guess).
So far so good. Except... does that mean the visual recoil and weapon re-balance patch, that traditionally released with the DLCs is also postponed?! :o

When will this game be playable?
When will bullets fly in the direction the crosshair is pointing? when will it register properly? is it too much to ask from an FPS?

I believe that there are more than enough FPS games on the market like BF3,Project Reality,Arma 2 and 3 ,and more. Our community just needs to make the final decision:whether we
want to continue playing that current game or switch to something in which we
already have experience.

I gotta disagree with you guys, BF4 has been slowly getting better, specially after they introduced CTE, and there's more good things coming. I know it's too late and I hope they learn with their mistakes, but I'm ok with the state of the game right now, it's totally playable IMO.

No, it doesn't. They already released patches outside of DLC launches. The first CTE patch that brought high frequency updates came out between Naval Strike and China Rising. The next big CTE patch was supposed to be out by end of July, but based on their posts on the CTE site, it looks more like it will be first couple weeks of August. They are only half way through with visual recoil changes as it apparently has to be done on a gun by gun basis.

Say what you will, but DICE LA has been much more forth coming and proactive about changes and bug fixes to the game. I actually have hope for the future of BF4. At least more than a I did a couple months ago.

DICE devs (LA or Stockholm) have little to nothing to do with flatline, all they do is propagate the engine to Visceral and any changes/improvements they make to BF4. EA, who owns both development studios, said "hold it off because if we take any more bad publicity we're not going to be able to sell Battlefront in 2015."

Going along with that, the flatline release schedule also has nothing to do with BF4. They are independent, being made by different development studios. They are mutually exclusive and therefore have little to no relation to each other, other than the aforementioned engine tweaks DICE finds from Battlefront development and the end of BF4 support.

BF4 is currently better off than it ever has been. DICE LA has actually done more for BF4 than DICE Stockholm ever did, which I never thought I would ever say. That does not make it a good game, it's still a turd. But at least the smell is starting to blow downwind.

DICE LA does work fast, but its all kept in the CTE wich I dont have access to.
My only hope is that the visual recoil and weapon balance changes fix the gun fights, so im eagerly waiting for that patch.
However it seems to me it'll only come with the Final Stand DLC.
Yes, the Hi-freq patch came out without a DLC, but its the only patch that did so except for the stability patches at the beginning when the game didn't work.

I really hope its not going to take another 3 months.
