Zatzev... how do you get to Europe 7 hours? I'm confused :? quite easy at my age

EST is +5 on GMT. We are +1 hour on GMT.

Therefore I make it that I am (Germany Location) am 6 hours ahead.

Am I right, or have I got this wrong?

EST is actually -5GMT while you are +1GMT. But that still adds up to a spread of 6hrs. So you lose marks for the math but you get a tick for a correct answer.

Isnt Germany +1 DST in addition to the normal +1 GMT making Germany currently +2 GMT?

California is current +1 DST in addition to the normal -8 GMT making the west coast -7 GMT.

New York is currently +1 DST in addition to the normal -5 GMT making the east coast -4.

England is +1 DST making them +1 GMT.

This is why we went UTC as everyone has a different opinion of what GMT is and its relation to them. Even tho GMT never changes...

Corecto mundo Ash.

Dispite the different opinions, you are correct.
It is the DST what ticks us of in ralation to GMT I guess.
Also it doesnot help that US and Europe switch in different months the DST (more confusion)

That clock on our home page wasnot a bad idea after all

20.00 German time

Battle countdown is set for 19.00 (i think  )
Come in TS and join the server for some fun.

In the mean time while you play, TA prepare the last things in ABC like
assigning the Neutrals.

You will be notified when the draft starts.

Everybody is welcome to listen in.
But on MUTE status as always

Directly after the draft you will be expected to report to your army channels and hit off a few rounds with your new teammates

Have fun.
