What recording software are you using? Can't it record TS audio in a separate channel?

Shadowplay. I have no idea, but I'll check it out!

you need to split the audio at the operation system level, there are tools for that, partly free i think. Then you can feed the recording software from those different sources. shadowplay couldnt do that a while ago.
