I crash every few minutes on this map but I can play without any errors on all the other maps.
Am I the only one or does this happen to everybody?

Do you crash after the skyscraper goes down?

No, I crash in the deployment screen, when spawning, when driving, doesn't matter what I do
Maximum amount of time I played on the live version on this map was 5 minutes I think.

Same here and it's the same for most players.
There are several topics and hundreds of posts in the battlelog forum about this issue.
DICE released a serverpatch for it which did nothing to resolve it, it still crashes after a few minutes.
The screen just freezes and it's the only map it happens on, as it is right now I don't think we can have it in the campaign unless they fix it.

Was playing yesterday, had 1 random crash on non-Sharqui maps over about 3 hrs and about 4 or 5 on Sharqui within in 10 mins of playing on that map.

crashing within a minute of the game.

C-building falling down or not is irrelevant.

these crashes occur in commander mode as well.

I've been doing some research.

It seems that if you have an Intel i5 2500K you're most likley to crash on this map.

this may occur on Dawnbreaker as well due to similarities between maps

Are the client-side crashes exclusive to the 64-man servers?

Try enabling disabling hyperthreading if CPU supports it.

I too have a 2500k but Dawnbreaker works completely fine for me.
I only tested it on 64 man servers. But there was a time there were 40 players on the server and i still crashed.
And I rather not disable hyperthreading for this one issue. I dont even know what kind of impact hyperthreading has

yes dawnbreaker worked for me last time I played it :) (64-server)

all of you guys who can enable/disable Hyper Threading, do it and let us know it that worked for you. for us who don't have HT there is not much we can do than wait for a patch

Nope, happens to me everytime on Shanghai on 32-man server as well. The map is the problem.

If you run an ATI card the new beta drivers are supposed to help. I added them and I no longer crash every round though not sure it will help all.
