Is there a conquest mode in arma iii btw? i dont like those scenarios in arma but conquest mode might be fun

Also the train is a vehicles, you had to press F2 to get to that gunner position

You could easily set that up. Also, Arma 3, frak yeah.

I pressed E to take the gunner position /LMG and was teleported to the back LMG.

And on the note of diffrent game - i dont play other games so i don't know any 'new' games we can play, but i rather play BF3 then this.

As Sarantini mentioned, the train acts like a vehicle, not mounted .50 cals. It doesn't matter where you stand, you get moved to F1 position.

Arma III sounds like a lot of fun, I don't really like its engine, but it could really work out with the people here at GC.
Can I be the truck driver? Edit: not for official camp. ofc lol

arma can easily be modded and made to fit our game mode needs. I doubt it would be widely accepted by the whole of the community. the engine doesn't allow simple things like jumping, and the mechanics to get onto rocks/boxes often leaves you glitched into the rock/box with no way out other than to respawn. Not to mention that unless you tell the game to do it, the engine won't recognize if you have more than 2 cores or 4 GB of RAM.

Not to say we couldn't make it work, because we could definitely make it work. It would just be a large change from BF and community work would have to be done to make that change.

We could make custom maps. Idk about conquest flags though.

For me being in EU the hitreg on the EU server was ok but the US server was horrible for a while, then suddenly everything changed and the hitreg was amazing on the US server. I don't know what happened there really.
Also, with a ping over 150 in BF4 you better empty at least 30 shots to get a kill, the 100hp doesn't help either when you are used to 80hp from BF3.

I could go back to BF3, the only boring thing is the maps, no new ones!
