I suggest we all take a step back and relax. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and should be allowed to express them. Some may not like what or how things are said but that doesn't mean people should be afraid to express what's on their mind. If there are issues they should be brought up to the surface and discussed. That's the meaning of being part of a large and diverse community. The basic motivation is to improve things, not to make them worse.

And now back to the subject. I noticed the only setting variants are either normal or something with reduced TTK. May I understand why is that? Why aren't we testing actually raising the player health for example? In BF3 we had 80% health but that went along with a longer man down period. This option unfortunately is no longer possible in BF4. So my question is what are we shooting for here? It seems to me that at the moment reducing TTK will make things even more frustrating. More insta-kills, dieing while going for cover, more squad wipes, more chaotic gameplay, objective zerging, and flags haphazardly switching sides.

Not sure it's the best way to go, but if this format is explored I suggest we also look at how the exact opposite affects the gameplay.

If any body does have suggestions on how to improve our systems in general, feel free to bring it up in the Supporting Members forum.

I completely agree with you, however those were the only 2 settings that were discussed previously by the armies. This is why I left in the "we'll discuss other options at the break" part. In all fairness we should try 120% HP (effectively raising bullets to kill by 1 at close range) and 80% bullet damage (effectively doing the same thing) assuming we have enough time to fit all of them in after the draft.

The major discussion around this was due to the fall CTE patch which raised BTK by 1 shot within 10m, thus requiring 3 shot headshots and whatnot.

I'm really stoked about getting this campaign started!

Necro: You need to start having fun or GTFO. Stop trying to bring everyone down. Enjoy the community and the game- it won't always be perfect but it can always be fun if you choose to enjoy it!

Necro, please, grow up. You are acting so pathetically it's getting to a point where I know for a fact, that everyone, even the people who hate BF4, are beginning to hate you. Your ways you are supporting and putting across your arguments is stupid; and making what seems like personal attacks to one of our most calmest and coolest members, like seriously, what is wrong with you?

Turn of your computer and go think about how much of an absolute dick you are being. You bring so much negativity here it is painful, this was an exciting and brilliant announcement thread, and you brought it to this. Well done.

It seems like he only comes here to post negative stuff so he can post more negative stuff in response to the replies he gets...

Why bother posting in a BF4 community if you don't even enjoy the game?

On a slightly related note. Why is it discussion on how to constructively improve/change systems here can only be put in a forum that's behind a wall(however small it is). It does send a signal that your opinion isn't valued in nearly the same way as someone whohas either put in money or holds a personal standing with longtime members.

I'm not seeing the benefits, so I'm curious as to what you view them as being.

GTFO?!You are not the person who will tell him whether to leave or not.

On topic,I wish you best of luck with the new campaign, but to be frank with you,I don't think this campaign will be any different than previous ones .

First of all, you know as well as I do that I can't give you access to anything on this forum.

And second, if you read my post again, you're gonna notice that I said I have nothing against you voicing your opinion. I'm just sick of your attitude.
