Time to open our server too the public again?

We've got a bit of downtime before we start using the thing for battledays; let's make the most of it and get some pubbies playing on it.

Bodies are needed to populate. December is going to be worse than the norm for me. Yet that means I'm more likely to play.
What settings would entice GCers to populate?

24/7 Locker/Metro 3000 tk Explosives only.
No Tryhard Assault Scrubs.

Probably adaptive size conquest with the newest DLC included to attract players still getting into the new modes. I'll idle in it all day if we open it too public.
