Anyone here part of a competitive team that is recruiting?

I want to get into competitive bf3 (as in 4v4,5v5,8v8, etc), so I was wondering if anyone here has an open spot on their team, or even would just let me just practice with them. My only experience is here in GC and watching tons of competitive videos, so I have a bit to learn, but I am a quick learner if someone is willing to train me
