Because them coming from that little German spot of heaven called BAVARIA and thus correctly wearing: Lederhosen and singing in heavy Bavarian dialect! There are also some chicks in the crowd wearing the female equivalent: Dirndl

But I think they choose this with how they won last year with Loreen. Dance/House songs are more mainstream than anything right now.
