My 2nd attempt at an animated banner, the background effect is suppose to look like heat waves or something but it really didn't come out right, but I'm sure you get the idea of what I was going for.

Hmm, attachments are enabled. I just checked the Admin Panel and I can't see anything wrong with the settings, not sure why they're not working...

I just had a rummage through the Phpbb folders and we appear to be missing files.php which is required for attachments to work. :/

So I added the file and attachments are all hunky dory now.
