Siggy/Avatar [RESOLVED]

First, where are my avatar add-in boxes? The feilds are blacked out!
Then, siggy won't show. I have the BBCode listed in My Profile and My Account page!?

in your profile preferences you can choose the option to 'always attach my signature....
below it you'll also have to allow things like HTML and BBCode... then your options to add a siggy should not be grey

Your avatar will be assigned by your commanding officer once you've signed up for both an army and a squad.
As you'll notice everyone's avatar shows their rank as well as what army and squad they're in.
