You could try to put Dxtory in your Antivirus Software's exception, it really boosted the speed for me. Defragmentation helps too, especially if your free space is heavily fragmented. Stupid NTFS, still the same crap filesystem as 10 years ago.

Oh, I don't know much about NAS, but maybe you have a speed limiter in your router, or something like that.

Yeah, i thought about that but i use MSE and you can't really put an exception with it. I'll try to close it.

I will try to play with my routers QoS settings.
