Global Conflict

It seem as if my computer just crushes and crushes, I think a total of like 30 crushes in this battle day.

And this was the first time I started recording seriously. I roll back all the changes I made to my computer last couple days but it seems to crushes a lot when I am using a lot of RAM.

MotherFo once mention that my ram is F-Up, this is my computer report out of CPU-Z, please check it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Your computer is having a crushing problem? Is it too heavy so it's crushing your desk? Or...?

Anyways, something is definitely wrong with that CPU-z output, it says your CPU is at 337637.6 MHz and your RAM is 160779.8 MHz. That's obviously an error in the program, but there might be something else causing it to read it incorrectly. It also says your RAM is running in single channel, do you have it in the right slots? They should be in 2 slots of the same color.

Oh, it says you're running Windows 7 32 bit? That would probably be your problem, or at least part of it. 32 bit can only address ~4gb of memory, and that includes graphics card memory I think.

Also next time on CPUZ just click validation and then submit, then give us the URL so we can see it like this.

About the 32-bit Win7 thingy.
How much memory do you have on your graphicscard?
Let's say you have 1,5-2GB, then you can get a maximum of 2GB memory from your normal RAM, even though if you have 8GB. 6GB is not used at all. You need 64-bit Win7 to fix that.
It might be the problem.

You could also rightclick Computer on the startmenu and take properties, there you will see how much memory you have in Windows.

with 32bit windows can recognize up to ~3.5GB RAM.
it does *not* include the GPU RAM aka VRAM. these are different RAMs and have different registers.
VRAM does not come on the expense of your RAM.

i also run 32bit system as i only got 4GB of RAM (and 1GB VRAM graphic card). when i add more RAM i'll switch to 64bit.

what do you mean by "crash"? a BSOD? just restarts? turns off? is there anything going on the screen as it happens? does it happen only under stress? only when playing BF3? please try to give as much info as possible.

Can I see your CPUZ validation? I'm pretty sure it does include graphics memory, and I just looked it up and it seems I was right.

on board graphics use "shared" memory, so that actual RAM = RAM - VRAM.
with a graphics card, thats not the case. the card and its VRAM does take memory address space, but not 1:1
mine takes maybe 200MB out of my RAM.

back to wolf - looks like all the speed readings in your CPU-Z are fraked, and it seems like it doesn't recognize your graphic card.
and yeah - first thing you gotta do is replace your RAM dimms in order to function in dual-channel configuration (it means faster). as Yonder wrote, your RAM dimms should be placed in slots of the same color, even if they aren't next to each other.
having 8GB of RAM, why the hell didn't you install 64bit operating system?!

~75C, it never goes above ~60-65 in normal usage/gaming.

Got an i5 3570k running at 4.4 aswell. Never goes above 60 degrees, Corsair H70 ftw.
