Missing spring?

I just found this spring on my desk next to my computer. The spring is about 5/8" long and is attached to a square base approx. 3/8" square. The spring and base are bright in colour. On the base there are 3 dimples. The two outer dimples appear to be part of the constructin process and seem to hold the spring in place. The center dimple is somewhat of a mystery.. Could this be part of my computer or could it have fallen out of my head? Thanks in advance.

It's an important part of your brain and it's imperative you put it back inside any way you can ASAP

Could be the bit the pc uses to automatically wind up the cpu every so often. Will need to check fast or soon the pc won't even boot!

It was the spring that held the hamster in place in his computer. Now that hamster is roaming around who knows where and his computer performance will be severely degraded.
