Unless your my friend, who can somehow run BF2, but can't even start 2142 without completely crashing his computer.

The last set of changes they made to 2142 made me never want to play the game again.

What changes, specifically? I know the tweak they did to the gravity has basically made the heavy-armored tank completely useless, doh!

It seems to me that the heavy tank is really just an artillery piece since it is so difficult to manuver but with that power zoom makes this a good peice of short distance artillery.

so yea how do I get a key for this now that everything is closed?

every key can be used to activate on two different systems, so I'm sure another BF2 member here can share their key with you as the #2? I've already sent mine out to Hashey, or I'd do it

Yep, just find someone who hasn't used his key twice, ask him if you may have it too and voila, you can play.

Also i hate that if you use the Assault gun, you fire 10 rounds after eachother, none of them will hit the guy standing a couple meters away from ya.
